  I had the hitch and trailer light cable installed 2 weeks ago. They said everything was ready when i left the shop. Yesterday Saturday im picking up the trailer at uhaul they do the light test with a flaslight that looks like a screwdriver and the lights dont work. I had to drive around the city for 2 hours to find a shop open on saturday to fix that cable, i had to vacate the place where i lived that day, thankfully i was able to find it and they charged $70. My advice is that if you have the lights for the trailer installed ask them to show you they work with a flashlight that looks like a screwdriver for every single wire. Dont leave the shop with just them telling you everything is good.

  Gave them a call to make an appointment on Wednesday and they were able to accommodate me on Friday. Arrived and they quickly moved my car in and worked on installing the hitch. In less than 1/2 hour I was ready to go. Great experience and overall satisfied with the entire experience.

  Found this place through Google search for hitch installation. Went to their Facebook page and saw all those great pictures of hitches being installed. Decided to message some questions on the weekend and the response was quick (on the weekend!). Answers were right on point and gave me enough confidence to decide to get my hitch installed here.
